Research interests

My research deals with various aspects of Western Palaearctic butterflies. I use them as a system to better understand the speciation, biogeography and ecology of insects. I try to integrate several research methods (e.g. DNA, morphology, chromosomes, chemistry) that prove useful for specific studies.
